This treaty represents the continued relationship between ancient enemies who through friendship and dedication have built a lasting bond. [b]Article I: Peace and Non-Aggression[/b] The Goon Order of Oppression Negligence and Sadism and the Viridian Entente agree not to do battle with each other, and that any conflicts be worked out to the diplomatic satisfaction of both parties. [b]Article II: Civility[/b] The Goon Order of Oppression Negligence and Sadism and the Viridian Entente agree to resolve all differences in private channels, and to do their best to ensure their members treat each other with the proper decorum. [b]Article III: Sovereignty[/b] Both signatories shall retain their sovereignty and shall not take any action, directly or indirectly, that would threaten the sovereignty of the other signatory. [b]Article IV: Mutual Defense[/b] If The Viridian Entente or the Goon Order of Oppression Negligence and Sadism engage in an defensive action, the other party is obligated to enter the conflict in their defense. [b]Article V: Optional Aggression[/b] If The Viridian Entente or the Goon Order of Oppression Negligence and Sadism engage in an aggressive action, the attacking party may invite the other party to take part as well. Such participation is strictly optional at the discretion of the invited alliance. [b]Article VI: Termination[/b] If either signatory wishes to withdraw from this treaty for any reason, they must inform the other 72 hours in advance where the treaty shall remain active until the end of the aforementioned period and formal announcement of the cancellation. [/quote] Because a bloc with half of its original members isn't really a bloc anymore. If MK $%&@ed off from Doomhouse, I don't think GOONS and Umbrella would keep Doomhouse when we have a pre-existing treaty.
