seixas Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 Putting a nation in anarchy has strategic implications both economically as well as insuring they cannot declare war on new targets. Besides it makes sense that a nation in over it's head wouldn't be able to declare war on an entirely seperate nation.
