Also Benton likes electric fences. The fence will be riddled with images of Time Lord propaganda and presidential announcements. This fence is in effect until Biscotti decides to communicate with Gallifrey again The fence extends as far as the Biscotti Gallifreyan border extends and no further. Gallifreyan citizens are still free to leave the nation and civilians from anywhere but Biscotti are welcome. Border patrol has been inacted along all borders in response to the illegal immigration issue that has been brought to the attention of the Lord President. In reaction Gallifrey has doubled the fence and posted mines on the front end facing Biscotti within Gallifreyan territory Gallifrey has also put mines in between the now doubled gates and barbed the fences to make it extremely difficult to get across. Tank trenches have been posted every few miles on the Gallifreyan border with Biscotti aswell. The troops exact locations are not going to be public but it is heavy."If any Biscotti fire as small as a bullet comes over the borders it will not end well" says Benton "If any Biscotti armor, troops, planes, baseballs or Llamas come over the Gallifreyan border they will be confiscated." [u][b]Classified:[/b][/u] The borders will have a tank emplacement every 4 miles, AA will be placed every 2 miles, Towers will be every 1/2 a mile and mines will be an inch apart each. the 5,000 troops that were in the former Solar Kingdom will now be patroling the formerly undefended eastern corridor. Perhaps the Gallian Navy should start sailing escorted merchant fleets to meet such a measure, or would the Galifreyans consider removing the stance of hostility they have towards their neighbors? Metchant ships are only in the policy if they are considered a military threat like terrorists or anything like that. We suggest you read our policy on territorial waters and the EEZ. You should warn me though because if you dont youl be violating the same policy Biscotti did. After your last post Gallifrey would assume defensive positions. You will have to wait a day to get here. Also last post retconned. In about 2 hours or a post I wipl ask you where those ships are headed. IC: Classified: Gallifrey has raised to DEFCON 3 in reaction to Biscotti air force being mobilized and the loss of sight on the Biscotti submarines.
