He carried with him a number of documents, which he planned to present to the SlavoRussian delegates. The property was mostly surrounded by agricultural land and middle-class houses and contrasted the grandeur and excess that was characteristic of the Russian upper class. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived at the shortly before his guest. When the Reich Minister arrived he would be greeted by the Prime Minister and treated to lunch and tea and engage in small talk. “I hope you aren’t too disappointed that I chose this modest setting for our meeting, but sometimes I just prefer to be in the quiet countryside. If we show such a public display of support, that'd be just like us declaring a state of war with Sweden. We don't want to be the aggressors. We'd rather come into this conflict defensively supporting SlavoRussia through a treaty. However, after the war, that is a totally different story. As a sign of good-will, we'd be willing to provide you with advanced arms and the training to use them. We believe that the only reason Sweden is acting in such a way is because of the perceived weakness of the SlavoRussian Armed Forces. While we see you guys as powerful allies, Sweden sees SlavoRussia was a weak state. Upgrading could go along way in fixing that image." I know you have interests in keeping good relations with the north and we wouldn’t want you to jeopardize that. However most of our current equipment is severely outmatched by what the Swedish are able to put on the front. However, for various reasons, we'd have to send it after the current conflict ends. We could give you other items as well. Yes, it would be a bold move; however, I feel that your nation needs all the help it can get at the moment. However, it's up to your nation, really. Germany, however, is ready to make the appropriate moves, seeing as how Sweden won't back down. We'd have to remind you that the sending of military advisors won't be feasible until the end of the conflict." They are a very stubborn people, who are intent on raging this war for territorial gain. It is always upsetting to see two European nations in conflict; while, there are more pressing issues in Europe to discuss.
