Morogoro Top Secret Military Facility
Directive #002: Chemical Warfare Programme

Security Level Black

This programme will be to develop a small stockpile of Chemical Munitions plus ways to effectively defend the Tanzania Federation from a chemical attack from a foreign nation or terrorist organisation.

A new smaller facility has been set up fifteen miles south west of Mtwara, Mtwara Province to act as an underground storage site.
Mtwara Storage and Disposal Facility

This new Top Secret Military Facility would be the home of the Chemical Drums plus some smaller laboratories. This would support Morogoro Top Secret Military Facility by taking any surplus hazardous material and store it in sealed areas. They would also handle any disposal of waste material.

Massive efforts are being made to treat Malaria cases which are currently at fifty thousand per year

Ninety per cent of the population is confirmed to have sustainable access to improved drinking water sources and Seventy per cent is confirmed to have sustainable access to improved sanitation. These issues are the governments top priority to bring both to one hundred per cent of the population.

The Principality would immediately inquire with the Tanzanian authorities for the possibility of a Monastic Order of Medicine (MOM) mission to be sent to Tanzania to further aid in the war against Malaria, there the Sisters within the Order would seek to establish a foothold in Tanzania from which further aid operations can be established.

The Tanzania Federation would consent to a MOM mission to be established in Tanzania as we welcome any help in the attempt to eliminate the number of Malaria cases which is currently putting our Health Care resources at full stretch.

Several legions of Sisters would depart the Principality for Tanzania. Led by Mother Mohiam, these women and their minders would seek to ease the pain and suffering of the afflicted and wounded - being present during the Nation of Nod's rule, they were all too familiar with such unpleasantries.

While archaic sounding in their naming, organization and demeanor, the Sisters were not of a particularly religious or otherwise spiritual-based order. Very progressive in both their admissions and technological prowess in the medical field (with the majority of Nodic men being groomed for warriors, its was natural that those not involved in war, industry, science or trade would flock to the medical realm), the MOM would set to work immediately and liaise with the authorities to ensure a smooth assimilation of MOM representatives and Sisters into the Tanzanian populace.

"Three, two, one. Launch!" The object races into the air and manages to reach a distance of five hundred hundred metres before it suddenly emits a massive amount of smoke, beginning a massive dive. It hits the ground in a massive fireball, sending debris everywhere.

"Abort Abort Test Failure" comes the message over the PA System. The test had been of a new Prototype Cruise Missile, based on the BrahMos. Its launch booster engine would need to be massively remodelled to make a successful launch phase. There was much work to be done.

The Prototype Cruise Missile would be based on the BrahMos Cruise Missile. It would have a HEAT Tipped One Thousand Pound Warhead mounted on a Reinforced Steel Casing that comes to a very fine tip. It will be launched either from a Surface Vessel or Ballistic Missile Submarine, Strategic Bomber or Land Based Launcher.

The missile would have a two stage motor system, the Launch Motor at the lower end of the missile activating at initial launch to within ten miles of the target, when the motor would separate and the second Boost Motor would ignite accelerating the missile to Mach 4. The Warhead would have chaff countermeasures around it, which would separate on approach to the target to counter Close in Weapon Systems.

Two Piranha Class Submarines TNS Pygopristis and TNS Serrasalmus are decommissioned.

My country is in the market for 6 nuclear subs. 3 will be attack subs and 3 will be missile subs. They missile subs may or may not have nuclear missile capablities, but must have ballistic missile capabilties. Please base the attack subs off the Astute-Class submarines, and make sure that all the subs can absorb SONAR waves. The missile subs can be based off an original design, as long as it s modern, and by that I mean as modern as possible. Please give me a timeframe and a cost. I know that this is very broad, so I hope you wll enjoy using your imagination. I hope that is ok by you. :)

OOC: I don't have much time, but I will try to add more later. f this is enough, please say that.

All Ju-78 Dive Bombers in service have received a modification in their air intake systems to carry a developed modern version of the "Jericho Trumpet" Siren. The siren would be still air driven but would only turn if its activation switch had been engaged. Once the aircraft goes into the dive the on board computer then take control and would begin the rotation. During the dive the siren will be rotating at half the revolutions of the air intake fans and emit the sound effect. Then as the aircraft pulls out of the dive it would cease rotating. The activation switch would be disengaged and the siren would be deactivated. The aircraft would then resume normal flight.

For a few days now, the little flotilla had moved eastward. Altough they may have been controlled, they were classed as civilian ships, with no weapons on board, apart from the small accompanying vessel that had a few guards to prevent pirate takeover. They also flew no flag apart the Compagnie one, until they arrived in Tanzania. There the coast guard would be informed that the 8 ships had entered their waters, and that 6 of them were ordered by their government and ready to be handed over, once the bill was paid.
