[/quote] Actually it didn't get 3 nominations... I think a major problem with the "obvious" answers was that everyone assumed someone else was going to put the obvious choices in and then noone did. Next time I think this system (with the google poll) will be used, but the spreadsheet of nominations (minus the person who voted) will be made public during nominations so that people can see what has already been nominated and vote accordingly. The google poll was very good for organizing though because I could sort lists a-z based on category and count very easily.
