Grand Papua issues the following ultimatum to Tafadzwa, leader of Najambia.
With the public showing of Tafadzwa's connection to Yaza Hajin, a most hideous terrorist group, Grand Papua cannot just stand by and let the menace continue to exist. Yaza Hajin had committed crimes against humanity during its times in New Guinea, when it worked in conjunction with Chinese fascists to bring down the legitimate government at the time. The ultimate deaths numbered to 5 million in the conflict, which ended with the complete destruction of all the parties involved. The leadership of Yaza Hajin had never been called into account, and simply disappeared into the shadows. This very group has now unveiled itself to be in power of Najambia.

Far from fulfilling the duties of a country working for its people, the Najambia government, symbolized by its leader Tafadzwa, has shown that it is a front for Yaza Hajin in imposing is intolerant view of the world on the people of Najambia. The results brought out by the exposure no longer permit Grand Papua to simply let the doctrine of state sovereignty be the supreme rule. Instead, this exposure imposes upon Grand Papua the obligation to put an end to Yaza Hajin, which constitute a standing menace to the peace of the world.

In order to attain this end, Grand Papua finds itself compelled to demand that Tafadzwa immediately step down and hand herself and Yaza Hajin to the custody of Grand Papua. The crimes of the past have not been atoned for, and only by giving the leadership of Yaza Hajin the trial that it deserves could there be a final closure to the acts of terror committed. Should this demand not be met, Grand Papua shall use all means necessary to exterminate a cancerous tumor threatening world peace.

Grand Papua awaits the reply of Tafadzwa.
*Movements*

In line with the issuing of the ultimatum, the Oberkommando ordered the expeditionary task force under the command of Oberst Triest Stettin to start deploying to the South Atlantic. The force would consist a total of 100,000 troops, 1,000 tanks, and assorted vehicles, all to be accompanied by three of Fuso's aircraft carriers and seven frigates. In addition, twenty of the Dokutz attack submarines would follow.

*Classified Message to African Countries*

Please help us eradicate the Yaza Hajin threat once and for all. We are deploying troops to bring the criminals to justice.

The people of Slavorussia would like to know what proof you have to support your claim that Supreme Leader Tafadzwa Ihejirika is linked to a terrorist organization? If you could show us photographs of her interacting with high ranking Yaza Hajin members, financial transactions, or other documents supporting your claim would be helpful.

Grand Papau must be reminded terrorist organizations blend with the crowd, and a military invasion of Najambia would only lead to unneccessary deaths and headaches, while also failing to exterminate the threat. This is a serious situation which requires time, patience and efforts on all sides.

We also back Slavorussia in their request for proof of such a claim.

The People's Republic of Africa agrees that an opening of hostilities will not solve the current situation. We shall maintain our neutrality at this time and will reconsider if or when more information pertaining to this claim surfaces.

"The government of the Serene Republic of Vaule will continue to watch the development of this situation closely. While we have, and continue to condemn the actions of organizations such as the Yaza Hajin, we must admit that it is most curious that the nation of Grand Papua has not only condemned the group and their links to the government of Najambia, but has gone a step further and has taken it upon itself to intervene not only in affairs of another state, but in a state as far away as Africa.

It is our position, that while the intentions of Grand Papua may be positive, they should be cautious about the potential fallout from their interventions in other continents. Especially when seeking to 'exterminate' a terrorist organization."-Foreign Ministry of Vaule

The expeditionary task force arrived in the Gulf of Guinea, some 400 nm from Najambia. With the world's opinion building against the favor of the country, Grand Papua kept its hands for now, prepared to take action at a moment's notice. Assurances were sent out to the African countries that Grand Papua's sole objective would be to bring Tafadzwa and Yaza Hajin to justice, and that there will be no long term occupation nor treaties signed with any succeeding Najambia government unless it is at the request of and in agreement with the neighboring Africa countries.

Whilst we also would like to see an end to Yaza Hajin we cannot help but agree with everyone else that a full military invasion will simply achieve nothing. You will only further their aims and their desire to cause death to yourselves. We urge you to reconsider and at least wait for a response from Tafadzwa. There are other ways of dealing with problems that do not involve entire armies and that can save many lives. We hope the nations of Africa will not stand for this aggressive invasion from half a world away that could soon bring death and destruction to a continent that has seen too much war in the past already.

Grand Papua is of the opinion that the words of New Panama, which had already threatened the destruction of Yaza Hajin and also set a 24 hour deadline for Tafadzwa, to indicate some sort of hypocrisy. We are patiently waiting for Tafadzwa, as long as it might take. Furthermore, the original people of Grand Papua had been the main victim of this treacherous group, with over 5 million dead. Taking all of this together, it is only right that Grand Papua concerns itself in this issue.

We are waiting patiently for Tafadzwa to avoid the death and destruction of her country, although given her already dictatorial rule, we are skeptical. Furthermore, we shall coordinate with the neighboring African countries in resolving this pest.

The Kuklos Confederacy, in the interests of destroying odious heresies and evil, publicly supports the actions of Grand Papua. The following message was sent to Grand Papua through secure channels:
To the leader of Grand Papua:

In the case of a major war breaking out on the African continent against the evil regime in place and its tools of destruction and genocide, the Kuklos Confederacy can unfortunately not pledge military aid to Grand Papua, but will endeavour in every way to make available to the armies of Grand Papua supplies and oil from our ample petroleum reserves. If Grand Papua is interested, we offer a Lend-Lease Programme by which Grand Papua will receive supplies and petroleum from the Confederacy free of charge for the duration of hostilities, if Grand Papua will agree to repay at a discounted price the value of supplies and fuel consumed and the return of unused supplies after the cessation of hostilities.

With Respect and Blessings,

The Aggressive Actions of The Kuklos Confederacy and The Gallifrey Confederacy have been noted. We have had no contact with the Yaza Hajin, if anything we've been killing them. The Imperialist Regime in Grand Papua have no right to accuse us of such. We have not even spoken to the Yaza Hajin. We demand you move your forces or face the Consequence of a Face-To-Face Stand Off.

70,000 PRN Personnel, 1000 tanks, and 30 squadrons of F-35 Lightning II Air Ships began focusing on and re-conning the Threat of Military Invasion, outside the Gulf of Guinea. The Najambia Missile Defenses have been on Full Alert in the Area and the threat of Invasion heightens militancy in Najambia. The Civilians feel threatened by the Invasion Threats of Grand Papua and begin to watch the news Carefully.

The most recent news report was transmitted to Triest in her flag ship. With a short crisp look at the new report, she had a communiqué released with full authority from Grand Papua.
We are not looking for the small worthless operatives. We want the leaders who have yet not paid for their crimes, and this includes Tafadzwa herself, who had publically confessed of being a member of Yaza Hajin. Only when she and the rest of the Yaza Hajin leadership are arrested and put on trial shall we be satisfied. Such deceptive moves will not be considered. However, we will wait for the neighboring African countries to respond before starting action. Be prepared to surrender yourself, Tafadzwa.

- Triest Stettin, Commander of the Grand Papuan Expeditionary Task Force
*Actions*

With the threat from Najambia, the ships began preparing for potential attacks from the Najambian naval and air forces. Fighters began patrols as high attitude drones were sent off to find the appropriate threats and targets, with a particular focus on possible hideouts of Tafadzwa. In addition, electronic warfare aircrafts based on the fighter also flew, intercepting, automatically processing and jamming received radio frequency signals and also detecting, identifying and direction-finding those signals, providing signals intelligence (SIGINT) automatically. The full spectrum electronic warfare suite not only enables providing detection and jamming against all known surface-to-air threats, but it also allows voice communication while jamming enemy communications, providing suppression and electronic attack against airborne communication threats. At the same time the ships carrying the troops fall back to around 750 nm from the shore, well out of the combat radius of any potential Najambian fighters that might take a shot at the transports with anti-ship missiles, as the frigates began going into war mode, activating their powerful integrated naval weapons system in preparation for strikes and air defense.

OOC: Buy some IG fighters. Also, check your tech year.

Notes on my stuff: I'm using 19 squadrons of F/A-18E/Fs, 1 squadron of EA-18Gs, and one squadron of E-2Cs on my carriers.

Grand Papau, it is most wise to HALT your plans of invasion and try diplomacy for change. Before you hit the big red button warmongers like you seem to enjoy so much, think of the consequences. You cannot destroy an idea. Look throughout history, many have tried to eradicate members of a certain idea and it all fails. As will your quest to destroy Yaza Hajin. Unless you are prepared to spend billions in destroying a regime and stirring up chaos, we suggest you rethink any moves you are planning to make.

It seems some governments have a reading comprehension: We have specifically said we will work with the neighboring African countries before taking action. Is it just us, or are some governments so incompetent and possibly guilty of being trigger-happy to think we'll be starting a bloody conflict without having exhausted all measures?

We asked for the surrender of a government official who admitted to being a leader of the Yaza Hajin. How much more diplomatic can we get? Politely send some tea and cookies and invite Tafadzwa to dinner over coffee and beef?

Two trays of cookies would be sent to the believed locations of Tafadzwa and Al Dei (plus a third tray sent to Tafadzwa and addressed to the third mysterious Triumvirate). A hand written note included in each tray, signed by Fleet Admiral Vito Canales of the 1st Carrier Group, encouraged each Triumvirate to resign their position and position in the government if applicable, and surrender to the Grand Papau armed forces.

"I really have a hard time understanding the need for this level of intervention. This is an internal matter, not one needing forces from the Oceanic Union to resolve. Has there even been an attempt to work with the native government to resolve this issue?"

"It is the official position of the Union of Arctica that any state group associated with the terrorist and extremist group Yaza Hajin is an irresponsible one. If the government of Najambia has aligned itself with this group, their actions cannot be tolerated.

Arctica therefore supports the aims of Grand Papua in calling for a trial for the leadership of the Yaza Hajin, but strongly discourages the use of open warfare to enforce this."
