The Field Marshall officially announces the Treaty of Brisbane between Gallifrey and Australia [list] [*]The Socialist People's Republic of Australia agrees to protect the Democratic Republic of Gallifrey from all threats of attack from any nation. [*]This treaty takes precedence over all other treaties in the event Gallifrey is attacked. [*]In the even that Australia is attacked Gallifrey does not need to but is strongly encouraged to assist in any means possible. [*]Diplomatic means must take place first but in the event that they are not allowed by the aggressor then Gallifrey and Australia have every right to attack. [*]Borders between the two signatories will be open at all times for trade. [*]Australia may make use of Gallifreyan ports and naval bases unless Australia is at war with an ally of Gallifrey [*]If either party of this protection agreement decides to opt out of the treaty there needs to be a time of 72 hours before the treaty is counted void. Classified: The ships of the Australian People's Navy have been ordered from the Gulf of Mexico to take up bases in Santiago, Solar Kingdom.
