Each nation will keep an embassy in the other's captital 2. Each nation will have a trade warehouse in a coastal city of the other nation 3. A military presence of 250 soldiers from each nation will stay in the other nation These terms are proof of the Pact between these two nations. [b]Classified, known only to Vicidalia and West India[/b] In the port of Goa, a Vicidalian building complex, housing the Embassy, the warehouse and quarters for 250 troops+ civil personal are build, while the Bataillon d'Inde is send there on board of the next few merchant ships.
