The Optional Defense Pact between the two nations agree to the following terms:
1. Each nation will keep an embassy in the other's captital
2. Each nation will have a trade warehouse in a coastal city of the other nation
3. A military presence of 250 soldiers from each nation will stay in the other nation

These terms are proof of the Pact between these two nations.

OOC: It's from here.

Charlotte de Nouvelle-Châteaudun looked at the treaty, then she took out a sheet of paper and wrote something down. When she handed it to Joel James, it read...
The two countries of West India and Vicidalia agree to sign a treaty with the following clauses.

In order to maintain diplomatic contact, each signatory is allowed to keep an embassy in the territory of the other signatory.

To strengthen trade each signatory is allowed to have a trade warehouse in a coastal city of the other signatory.

A military presence of 250 soldiers from each signatory will be allowed to be stationed in the other signatories territory.
These terms were agreed upon by both sides and the following signatures are proof.

For West India

For Vicidalia

"I hope you don't mind the reworked wording. It just bothered me to name the territories of Her Highness a nation."
