Evangeline Anovilis
When the rescue team arrived, it indeed was a disaster. The car had left the road and was half sunk in a canal that was next to it. The driver was unconscious, Boumphi had emptied her stomache's content all over the front seats and a drunk Comtesse was cursing the world for bringing her into this miserable a situation. In a hospital, it was lateron cleared that the driver was not aware of Mme. Josephines actions, until she suddenly opened up the small window and shouted in his ear, causing him to lose concentration and to sink the car in the canal, out of a momentary shock. While trying to get the water out, he was bitten by a poisonous snake, causing him to almost lose his life. Additionally to the car, also all the alcohol in the minibar was lost, people were wondering where it went. On the next morning, a Josephine which had definetely seen better days, came into Mr. Suvahs office. "Morning, Monsieur. You wanted to talk to me?" Captain Enema
"This disk contains the entire contents of my personal car's surveillance system. Am I right when I say you at one point shouted at the driver and bit him after accusing him of being a bear?" Suvah asks as his finger taps the disk on his desk. Coincidentally the disk also lays ontop of a report covering the expense of the Princess's breakfast at the CDF Proving Ground VIP Dining Hall and the cost of the nearly 400 mortar rounds fired during her entire visit. 'Oh the poor girl's hang over must be near legendary,' Suvah thinks to himself with a small measure of pity.

Captain Enema
Suvah examines the invitation as he waits for Ms. Josephine De Comte's response regarding the biting incident and the bear. He sends a quick message via the New Cambodian Government intranet to his Minister of Foreign Affairs advising him to meet with Mr. Gubarcan Singh and to offer his apologies that the Prime Minister can not attend due to a small problems that need his personal attention. The Minister of Foreign Affairs arrives at the door to Mr. Singh's hotel room and taps on it as he waits for permission to enter.

Evangeline Anovilis
"Eh? To be honest...I don't know. What happened yesterday? All I know was, I was in that car, I think there was some other girl and next I remember, I woke up today. But all expenses are to be send to the Vicidalian Foreign Ministry." Josephine, for obvious reasons, wasn't very talkative.
Captain Enema
"Ms. De Comte, expenses aren't the issue. The issue is an 11 year old young lady getting so intoxicated that she needed medical attention. My concerns aren't about the costs of repairing the car or compensating the driver for his injuries. My concerns are for your well being. I sense you aren't willing to discuss this matter further, but I leave you with this one very nonnegotiable demand. "The contents of this disk demonstrate a certain behavior on your part that leads me to suspect that this isn't the first time this sort of thing occurred with you. You will discuss this incident with your father, I will be calling your father in one week and asking about you, and should he tell me you were less than forthcoming regarding your behavior in the car and past behaviors with alcohol in general, I will have a courier deliver the disk to him. "Should he tell me you were forthcoming I'll put this copy into the incinerator myself along with the hard-drive that recorded it." Suvah says in a tone of voice that suggests negotiating or protesting is not much of an option.
Evangeline Anovilis
The expression on Josephines face was not unhappiness or dislike. Rather, it was uneasiness and most of all, shock. If this would come to light... She nodded slightly, for words she could not speak.
Captain Enema
"Thank you, I wish you well and I do hope that you have a safe trip back to your home country. My assistants will see you to the airport and I'll be calling your father in a week's time. If anything I do believe it might be best if he calls me first and relates these events back to me more or less how they play out on the video so I know you've been truthful. So please have a safe trip back," Suvah concludes as he motions three very large police officers to politely escort Ms. Josephine De Comte to the airport and to put her on the next flight back to her home country in economy seating. Meanwhile the Minister of Foreign Relations says to Mr. Gubarcan Singh, "I'm the Minister of Foreign Relations for New Cambodia, the Prime Minister is caught up with other matters and asked me to fill in for him. How might we help you?"

You represent no threat to us and we have no interest in militarism as it is. We tend to reserve nonaggression pacts for those nations who have threatened us in some way."
