Though we bravely went forth to champion justice we have found that this conflict has been far for difficult than we anticipated. With each new day FAIL bled more, and its fighting capabilities were further diminished. As God Emperor I will always assert that the cause of FAIL has been just, but our wicked-doer enemies are too numerous and victory cannot be reached so long as their ranks remain as full as they are. Thus it is my opinion that the only course FAIL has left is to allow some of them to surrender. It is true that the option to surrender has been open to our enemies since the beginning of this conflict, our merciful terms of admitting defeat and declaring oneself a POW of FAIL have simply been too lenient and reasonable for our enemies to consider taking. To make the notion of surrender more appealing to the scum we fight against I have taken it upon myself to enact more forceful terms. These are terms that can appeal to the inner martyr of every Polaran, so that even in disgraceful surrender they can find satisfaction in their self-flagellation. I am nothing if not understanding to their need to make victims of themselves so that we may all take pity upon them. As such the terms for Polaris nation below 10k NS are as follows: [list] [*]The criminal will mark themselves as such by changing their alliance affiliation to FAIL POW. [*]The criminal will post an admittance of defeat at the hands of mighty FAIL. [*]The criminal will decommission all military improvements and all wonders (including economic wonders). [*]The criminal will confess his many sins. He will apologize for his betrayal of TOP, IRON, NSO, STA, and numerous other allies. He will confess to being an opportunist, a coward, a liar, and a manipulator. He will explain how he is a parasite, unworthy of this world. [*]The criminal will exalt the God Emperor and all His Wisdom, Mercy, Compassion, and Justice. [*]The criminal will pay a total of 15 million dollars and 250 tech to TOP and IRON (each) in restitution for past crimes. [*]The criminal will swear an oath of loyalty to the God Emperor, to be forever beholden to His will and to never take up arms against Him. This oath will continue until the end of time, and violation of the other will be met with eternal ZI. [*]At the conclusion of the conflict the criminal will have the option of leaving the FAIL POW AA, but if the criminal wishes to join an alliance he may only do so with the approval of the God Emperor. [*]The God Emperor reserves the right to impose new terms upon the criminals after their surrender if He so chooses. [/list] These are the terms for the criminals of the New Polar Order. I am having some trouble understanding your edicts. Concerning the underlined, are you saying that only Polarians that are below 10K NS are criminals? How do you deem those that are above that mark? Concerning the bolded text it seems that one of your edicts is at odds with the other. If nations do indeed feel the need to fall upon your mercy how are they to pay the reparations if they decom even their economic wonders? I'm sure these oversights are simply a matter of me not being able to fully grasp your eternal reason. Perhaps you could enlighten me further on your path to Justice.
