I've tried getting rid of it by sending 49.24 tech in aid but it just rounded to 49. I really dont care what i've got to do but i just want this tech gone. Admin, please get rid of it. My nation ruler name is lennybronx. Have you been at war EVER in your nation's history? --> Yes --> Grounds Battles, nuclear attacks, etc. take off fractional amounts of tech. Your 0.24 tech is a result of this fractional losses/gains of tech while at war. --> No --> No idea then. To clear the 0.24 tech, go to war and get ZT.......
