Sir Keshav IV
[i]The National Council of Monaco-Valencia recognizes this union between Sovereign Prince Alexandre I and the Eastern Empress. The National Council also recognizes the integration of the Monegasque state with the Athenian Federation and will work with Athens to sort out any administrative issues that may occur during the integration process. Furthermore the Monegasque Armed Forces shall continue to be independent under the control of the National Council and the Sovereign Prince.
