Now, I would like to request a second account for my IP address due to the fact a family member wishes to play CN. I hear that there are some agreements such as we may not have any contact between the two nations whatsoever so if this is true I will comply gladly. If there are other requirements and such please tell me and I'll reply to them. Thanks for reading this Forum Admins. The no interaction part comes about if you unknowingly log in from the same place as someone else; the game alerts you if you're trading with someone from the same IP.
