Dear Madame President,

It is most fortunate that you have chosen to initiate this dialogue with us. We offer our utmost appreciation for your intent to further this righteous goal we both share - Africa's self determined stability and security. I have wondered what was behind recent developments in your region, regarding a mutual neighbour, the PRA. Perhaps you can shed some light upon my queries, bring an end to that unfortunate series of events. I will attend these talks immediately. Farewell, friend.

Yours truly,

Princess Rhianne Lucretia Sidamo
Reigning Sovereign of House Sidamo, for the Principality of Aeon
When Princess Rhianne arrived in Yaounde, she would be given a full escort to the Presidential Palace where President Moreau would be waiting to greet her. Along the route were detachments of the West African Army in full ceremonial uniform, in salute to the Princess.

Rhianne would gracefully depart her aircraft, a long tress carefully held behind her by a number of younger attendants. While this regalia sounded showy in theory, in practice the Princess was dressed in one of her more humble robes. The signature hooded, dainty figure was almost lost amidst the throng people that carefully tended to her, the ever watchful Elite Cadre bodyguards standing abreast of their beloved Lady, handmaidens and attendants behind her.

When the Princess and her 'flock' reached the ceremonial salute at the Presidential Palace, all of her power armored guards - save the largest, Brother-Sergeant Asim stopped. They would remain outside for the remainder of the talks. As Rhianne walked down the line of West African soldiers towards President Moreau, she began to gently wave to them as she passed with a kind smile. While a few of the soldiers shifted their weight lightly as if wishing to return the greeting, West African discipline remained resolute. Naively feeling disappointed - Rhianne had hoped the West African military was less rigid than the Aeon militancy she 'inherited' from Nod - she stopped waving half way down the line, choosing to stare dolefully straight ahead from beneath her hood.

Asim said nothing as he made a cursory glance of the West Africans, his cranial protection suite was a closed helm - both his gaze and facial expressions were lost on everyone but himself. His white armor gleamed in the African sun, his side arm displayed visibly on his thigh, while his standard issue Sentinel - ornamentally shrouded for the occasion - was slung over his massive back. His gaze met that of the West African commanding officer present, and Asim merely nodded his head - a mutual understanding between two warriors - a sign of respect.

Reaching the head of the formation, Asim took a few steps to the side. Soon, Rhianne and Moreau would meet eye-to-eye for the first time.

"Madame President," Rhianne started in a strong, but kind voice as she halted, bowing slightly in deference to the foreign dignitary. "I was overjoyed when I was informed I would finally meet with you - it is indeed a great pleasure to finally meet with you. As you can imagine, it is fortunate that fate has decided to bring the two of us together. Shall we begin?"

OOC: You can respond however you like, but you can jump straight to the meeting if you want.

"I am honoured to meet you your highness. Of course, lets begin. President Moreau led Princess Rhianne into the main hall where inside ornate chairs were placed. President Moreau waited until Princess Rhianne and her entourage sat down before she took a seat.

"I welcome you to the West African Republic. I am honoured that you took the time to visit. I would first like to ask Aeon's opinion on the West African Republic as i am intrigued to know what your thoughts on us are."

"You ask my opinion? You were once a nation tied to another. As a whole, that merger inflicted grievous wounds upon a state friendly to mine," she began, before realizing how harsh she sounded. She quickly added another comment to brush over any misunderstandings.

"However, I am not an unreasonable being - I recognized the immediate West African withdrawl from that merger state for what it was. You were repulsed by the brash actions of the Commonwealth, and immediately withdrew your support from the Republic of Africa to show that you were not complicit in their sin against the PRA. I appreciated that move then, and I appreciate it now. Your actions were brave, shunning the bonds of law and bureaucracy in order to do what was right."

Rhianne finished that spiel on a high note, she thought, before turning the tables on President Moreau.

"Now that you know more about my position, may I hear any thoughts you may have of myself or my flock?"

President Moreau thought for a moment before replying. "I have heard good things about your nation. I know that your country has had a turbulent past, but i am glad that you have managed to recover and prosper again. I wish to emulate your success in building a great nation. I am hoping that we can work together." President Moreau smiled before adding "I am sure that we can also be great friends."

"It is fortunate that my efforts to change East Africa for the better have not gone unseen by the world at large," Rhianne said happily. A low, electronically distorted growl was heard from beside her - the Princess did nothing but merely glance at the armored clad bodyguard serenely. Her almost hypnotic, smiling gaze connected with Asim's cold metal visage for merely a moment - 'Be at peace Asim' - she willed in her mind to herself, and it was so.

"If you ask me to aid in rebuilding your nation, it will be done. While I preach peace and modesty to my own flock, working to tend grievous wounds and avenge wrongs committed against us with love, not anger - I realize the same can be done in other nations as well. I can, I will help you do the same if you wish."

Rhianne paused, smiling a modest, toothless grin that had less to do with moving her lips and more to do with crinkling her eyes. She scooched her chair closer happily as she began.

"A friendship would be pleasant - I do admit I have few and far between. Avatar-of-War Marxon is personable enough when he is in the mood, but he is never one to partake in the idle chatter I enjoy so much!"
