For those of you who do not remember us (it would be seen as a great insult if you didn't!), we are the Deck of International Card Experts! For some reason, a reason which I cannot remember, DiCE seemed to have miraculously dissapeared after the Karma War. But new we're back and ready to get the dice rolling once again! As minister for foreign affairs, I am now inviting alliances back to our forums to create an embassy so that we can return the deed to you. We are looking forward to life again in the cybersphere and hope to create many new ties!
