Swiss infrastructure has seen a remarkable decline in quality - despite great upkeep by the Germans, age and stress are still age and stress and several noticeable infrastructural collapses (including two bridges and a hospital) has shaken the country's faith in existing systems and citizens have urged the newly-formed nation to do a complete overhaul. To help finance this new project, USC established [i]Swiss Wishes[/i]. The process is as follows: Any number of [b]up to five[/b] nation or companies at a time may place an order for us to invent, fabricate, produce, or deliver technology from USC to their nation or place of business. For every 100 "batches" of technology, the units to be determined by the customer, there will be a charge of $3.000.000 SWCs, or Swiss Wish Credits, which will then be converted into money depending on currency rates. After an allotted time has passed in order to verify all information, produce/process the technology, or conclude shipping arrangements, the technology will be shipped to their destination in one day. There is also a [b]guaranteed[/b] program, where the number of "batches" is halved to 50 but guaranteed over any competing bids. [i]Swiss Wishes[/i] is also interested in having two long-term customers in order to improve stability in the program.
