Mada Vopahsolog
I, like many other users, want to create multiple nations for roll playing, and experimentation. I, like many other users, despise cheating. So, in order for a users to have multiple accounts (perhaps there's a limit cap?), other nations who have been checked to have had the same IP at one point in time are not allowed to trade or aid or war (filling war slots) with one another. As well, they cannot attack a nation if a nation with a similar IP at one point in time has attacked in one point in time. Same with trading or aiding. THERE, a quick and simple way to allow users with multiple accounts WITH NONE OF THE CONSEQUENCES. Unless I missed one...
Locke
No in-game consequences that I can see, but there are other consequences. A user can, for instances, create a few accounts, join some alliances with each that have no prior IP record of theirs to check against, and quite easily spy against them. I'm sure there are others, that's just the first one that popped into my head.
Viluin
Everyone would make tech-cow nations to funnel unlimited free tech to their alliance mates. Edited September 25, 2011 by Viluin
