The Minister of Foreign Affairs of an alliance making a merger agreement, ROFL! LA, not at all badmouthing you, I'm just looking at this and trying to understand why Czar Lazar or Alex didn't post in here, or even that there are no signatures for them on that OP. Both the leader and 2nd in command of the now collapsed OT are in TGE. Does that mean that they were coup'd and LA merged OT into HB? See why I'm surprised no trolls came out on this one? EDIT for continuation: That would suggest that at least there was a discussion about it on some level, and someone said yeah we're doing this. My perception was simply that the leader and second in command didn't make a post in this thread. They may have been part of the entire planning purposes on their forums, I don't know. I just know that from what I as Joe Public Person can see, the only OT official who posted anything was LA, who is was the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Makes me wonder, that's all.
