For too long we had suffered under the heartless aspirations of MoG[Corp], and for too long we sat idly and did nothing while they exploited our land and oppressed our faith. Now, we stand united in the center of Tunis, free of their regime and set to our own devices. It is the people's will that will see to our autonomy, but it is now to the international community to grant us recognition.

The United Federation of the East considers Mogatopia in military conflict, and not in military control of most of its territory. We will be withholding recognition at this time. If you wish to negotiate then you should speak to the coalition about independence.

Where is the conflict, may I ask? MoG[Corp] is no longer in North Africa, and has fallen apart. The point of your coalition was to attain stable governments in North Africa, and yet you are opposing the formation of one?

Hah! What is the difference between the rule of MoG[Corp] and your coalition?

You came in claiming a war of liberation, but this wasn't an invasion to remove a farce of a government, it was a war of conquest! Your hypocrisy is mind boggling. If you are intent on being a tyrant, and in doing so placing millions under your boot, at least acknowledge your movement as such.

"The United Federation of the East and Athenian Federation are not responsible for the choice of Mogatopia to cease being. Mogatopia until this morning was while not a nation a government in most senses of the word. It was a bad government, trying to make these arguments does you no favors. Either you can meet with the coaliton, or you won't survive. It is your choice. Trying to act like a north american teenager will do you little good.

"You may have one unarmed transport carrying diplomatic representatives come to Crete. We'll see to it the others in the coalition have representation there."

President Tijad is now in a V-22 Osprey, flying high above the crashing waves of the Mediterranean. Still bearing the symbol of MoG[Corp], this incredible piece of machinery was in the hands of a corporate executive prior to the invasion.

Sitting in one of the many seats lining the sides of the cabin, Tijad was nervous. "How long until we touch down?"

"Thirty more minutes, sir."

A black robotic A-47 drone intercepted the aircraft, flying alongside it. A single cycloptic red eye shifted looking towards the window of the plane, appearing like a flying robotic shark before shifting back and holding steady on the port wing of the large aircraft.

[Centurius]

The plane would be tracked constantly by Athenian RADAR stations. Once close enough to Crete it was given instructions to land at a secured runway on Souda Air Base. Three full Thracian squadrons would await the plane there to escort its delegation to one of the conference rooms on the massive complex which hosted both Hellenic as UFE units.

"Sir, we've landed." Tijad had fallen asleep. The last several days had been hectic at best and sleep had been minimal.

Disembarking the Osprey, the Lootan delegation was whisked away to an unknown location, where they presumed they would meet the leaders of the coalition.

[Triyun]

The delegation would be escorted to a facility on the base, where they were forced through several layers of screening for weapons and explosives both in clothing and body cavities as well as advanced bio scanning to determine if they were acting as patient zero for a biological attack. After any weaponry was confiscated they would be allowed into a room. The hologram of the August Imperator stood before the Lootan delegation.

"So you are the ones whom are trying to claim domination over the criminal Mogar's former fiefdom?" Jia asked, his face slightly amused at the site of the men before him.

[Bluestrike]

"Yes, we are," Tijad said, stepping forward. "I was under the impression that there would be more of you."

[Mogar]

OOC: just posting to acknowledge i'm perfectly fine with this, whatever he cant claim i am going to RP as an anarchist state until i decide what type of government to use.

edit: and I edited my post on the RIA forums, I am sticking around CNRP, just not in north africa anymore, I have a few characters I still really enjoy RPing, and it would be a shame to give them up.

OOC: Whatever he's getting is under military occupation. But candidly I wouldn't count on getting any of it with the erratic nature of your behavior has exhausted my mood for negotiation or any sort of mercy.

Jia smirked, "Indeed. There may be others joining us, but for now lets get down to business. The issue here is that you've been suddenly rising out of a terrorist regime with little explanation. Much of this seems to be very suspicious. I am a man of the world, and I have seen as well as orchestrated many attempts at deception, some successful, some not as successful. Perhaps you would like to explain to me why I should not think this a trick by that skid mark of a leader Mogar's cowering minions to escape punishment for their crimes."

Just as Jia finished talking another image would appear behind the delegation.

"I must agree with the August Imperator, your sudden appearance is very suspicious. To say the least."Valerio's image said walking through the room. "What evidence do you have you truly represent the people?"

"The people of what was once Mogatopia have been praying for freedom ever since MoG[Corp] came to power. We have been in the shadows, preparing for the day when justice would be served. Now that MoG[Corp] has collapsed, we are ready to lead our nation towards a brighter future. The framework had been in place, we merely did not have the means to achieve our end. When your invasion put an end to Mogar's regime, we were ready to pick up the pieces. As for your concerns about our movement being a trick, we have maintained a database on hardline MoG[Corp] employees and high-level functionaries. Arrest them all. We do not want them in Lootan."

"The United Federation of the East finds it incredibly unlikely that vast areas troubled by tribal separatism and identity would work in such a coordinated effort, where do you base your movement out of?" Jia asked, his eyes narrowing with suspicion.

[Centurius]

"If they have been praying for freedom please explain why the people are rising up in violence in support of a fallen leader? I think the recent start of violence is enough of a sign you do not properly represent the people." Valerio said. If the delegation tried to contact their people they would notice all outgoing signals were being blocked. The guards in the room began moving to the doors preventing the delegation from being able to go outside.

There all always dissidents, and when missiles rain down on your house, killing your friends and family, you are not endeared to the invading force. It is not support of MoG[Corp], it is fear of a hostile occupying force. The second you remember that every citizen in North Africa is not a MoG[Corp] shill is the second tensions die down considerably.

We are based out of Tripoli. The Mediterranean coastal regions are committed to the founding of Lootan, and our influence stretches further inland every day.

If you'd allow me to speak to my people, it would go a long way towards progress.

"Perhaps you can explain why there are Mogatopian uprisings in the same territory if they melted away..." Jia said. "It seems that your original arguments seem to be melting away. Now if your willing to help us wipe out this nuisance we can talk."

"I agree, there can be no negotiations until they all lay down their arms. You will be allowed to speak to your people, however only using our equipment" Valerio said as the guards moved away from the door so the delegation could use their phones. However cellphone signals would be tapped.
