Secretary Hillary received a message from the Germans, requesting Irish help in the war. The military could only offer naval support for supply lines and air support, until the land-forces could be mobilized. Hillary had a plan though. He would contact local fishermen and conscript those willing to help. Their fish-finding equipment would be a simple, semi-effective help to finding the missile launching subs in the Irish and Celtic Sea. He would order sorties around Ireland, the Irish Sea and the Celtic Sea as well. Cargo vessels to and from Ireland will be protected by naval vessels and submarines from the Irish Navy.

Price thought this over. He knew at this point, the Irish military was the strongest in the isles. No other nation was near what Ireland was, he thought. He was out to prove Ireland would not be a primarily warring nation. He would set up a diplomatic summit, in Ireland, to bring this war to an end.

A message was sent to the warring parties in the isles. The message would state a wish to end the war and bring stability to the Isles once again. It would say Ireland would be willing to host a peace conference to bring about a peaceful end to the war.

Secretary Hillary sent the orders out to the navy and air force to search for the subs near Ireland. Despite the German request, his primary goal was to remove the subs from their current location and away from Ireland. Secondary would be to ensure the safety of cargo to Wales and Southern England. He ordered the land-forces to begin mobilizing. Hillary requested manufacturing plants begin producing for the military, as a priority. In case a plane or ship was shot down, he would be ready.

[b]Operation: Tightening the Noose[/b]

Upon receiving the official notice from the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Armed Forces, The Imperial Navy went into action. Carrier Strike Group 1 and Carrier Strike Group 2, having already left their naval base in Northern Ireland, set sail for England. Naval Command had specifically ordered that these two battle groups initiate a blockade of the British Isles and to stop all necessary shipping. Essentially, England was to be starved into submission. Carrier Strike Group 1 set up a perimeter to the West; while, Carrier Strike Group 2 would set up a perimeter on the eastern coast. Any ship approaching the English coast would be forced to turn around. Any ship that would try to force it’s way through the blockade would be given two warnings. On the last warning, the ship will either be boarded or sunk, depending on choice of the Admiral in charge of operations. For defensive purposes, the fleet would go through the basic procedures. The basic magnetic anomaly detectors (MAD), active spread spectrum magnetic techniques, and blue green laser airborne and satellite LIDAR would be set up for anti-submarine operations. Two Xenian Airborne Warning and Control Aircraft would fly in support of each battle group. They would provide essential long distance RADAR support for both Imperial Fleets and for allied shipping in the area.

[b]Operation: Eagle Strike[/b]

Flight Commodore Tajik Malik looked over the current plan of operations. While extensive, his mission was simple. He would direct his airforces to destroy various offensive placements throughout the country, while placing an important emphasis on destroying targets plaguing the German landing. Such an operation would be simple, as with the constant firing against German targets, the English had basically given their positions away thanks to the massive heat trails left behind by rockets. Even if they moved, it’d be easy for Imperial reconnaissance to simply plot a point to where they disappeared to. Other targets of lesser importance were RADAR, roads, and various other logistical points, which could severely hamper the English military if they committed to any large scale offensive. Malik’s airforces in Northern Ireland has a lot of ground to cover; however, he was confident that all objectives could be reached. After briefing his men on the upcoming attack, he ordered operations to begin at once. Within fourteen minutes of the official word being given, the first squadrons were placed into the skies. Twelve GLI-133 Ank'ríat Super Heavy Bombers, all equipped with twenty five each Hypersonic Aurora Anti-Radiation Missiles, flew in a trajectory around Ireland. Upon reaching a safe distance, to allow for the maximum utilization of it’s hypersonic technologies, the missiles, three hundred in all, were launched. The Aurora used a rather complicated guidance system. The warhead utilized an advanced passive radar-homing seeker with additional home-on-jam capabilities against ground-based radar jammers, though the seeker also has the added capability to engage communication sites and GPS jammers as well. Along with this, a MMW radar and LADAR guidance package is also provided, in case if the targeted radar is shut down. When coupled with the GPS system, this can also permit the precision targeting of specific vehicles alongside the targeted radar, such as control centers and the SAM launchers themselves. Aurora’s were guided at RADAR systems, from the north all the way to the south. It was hoped that this would blind England, completely.

Behind the Ank’riats, three Lu-101 bomber squadrons followed. Unlike their larger cousins, the Lu-101s moved close to the English continent. Two squadrons were dedicated to the complete and utter destruction of anything logistically valuable to the English. Using the four sub-sonic cruise missiles loaded in the hangar of each of their bombers, they fired away. Falling freely into the skies, the engines ignited and propelled the missiles forward. Aimed at roads, airports, fuel dumps and harbors, the missiles streamed forward with murderous contempt. The last squadron of the Lu-101 fired it’s subsonic cruise missiles at the various English MLRS positions. In this case, upon reaching their targets, the cruise missiles would unload dozens of small scatter bomblets, which would destroy the MLRS grouped together. Another one hundred cruise missiles, launched in batches of thirty from land based silos from the Northern Ireland Military Base, would partake in this operation, as it was obvious that the English MLRS was quickly becoming a larger nuisance to the Germans.

We are currently in a state of crisis right now with our situation in the Western Isles and this would be a terrible blow to have the help from our allies ended.

This would also be taken not just as an Act, but a Declaration of War. I would hope that you are only going against the English in this one? If so we would be willing to help provide radar coverage of what we do have over Northern Scotland and Western Great Britain.

Our current Naval Operations are only geared towards the English. Shipping to and from the United States of the Islands will be able to continue uninterrupted. However, we do ask you to adhere to the proper international guidelines in regards to proper ship identification, to avoid any potential accidents.

In the dead of night vessels made their way to the Tiree, Coll, The Isle of Mull, Isle of Rum, and Canna. Several more vessels were sent at different times to the Isles of Eigg and Muck.
Islay, Jura, and Colonsay would also get a visit.

The Coast Guard would arrive with weapons and food and some soldiers. The Air Force would land a C-130 in Tiree filled with men. 50 men from Special Operations would also come help with the Islands. Around one o'clock the Air Force would begin sending helicopters back and forth with aid and soldiers to the islands - one by one.

Each of 137's H-105 "Geist" Ground Attack Aircraft, were carrying AIM-9 air-to-air missiles, was well as Mk-20 Rockeye II cluster bombs and AGM-65 Maverick F missiles. 132's P-41A "Peregrine" Air Superiority Fighters would carry a mixture of AIM-9s, 7s and 54s. They would run round the clock patrols along the coast. Another 2 squadrons would head south, to engage british shore defence installations in support of the Kurlandic landings.

It was meal time in the soldiers mess. There were two choices, chicken or fish. The more observant and well versed in classical comedy movies will already know what fate is about to befall the English troops but for those who are ignorant or unaware of such things we shall continue the story. As it was said before, the two choices prepared for the soldiers were chicken and fish. Many chose chicken, however, a vast majority chose the fish.

Not too long after the troops had finished their meal, many a strange thing began happening along the lines. Soldiers began collapsing left, right and centre. It seemed there was no escape from an invisible weapon that only affected some but not all. The ones who survived the ordeal quickly recognised that they had all taken the option of chicken for their dinner. This was due to the fact that while eating the chicken thigh the skin was not bite through and dragged off burning all their lips, making the remaining troops look incredibly ridiculous.

This left the troops in chaos, less than 30,000 survived the ordeal. By a stroke of shear coincidence all the members of the government and anyone that was able to make a decision at all were all visiting troops and ate their meals with them. By another, even greater, nigh unbelievable stroke of shear coincidence, they had all elected to take the fish as their option as well. With no-one left who had any ability at all to handle any sort of decision making, the control of England fell into the hands of the ones they feared the most, English women.

By another, totally unrelated but at the same time equally as great stroke of shear coincidence, the menstrual cycle of all English women had somehow managed to become synchronised. This made all the women completely irrational and make insane decisions whilst at the same time argue with each other about the smallest things such as, what colour the new curtains in the mess hall should be, how long nails should be allowed to be in Army regulations and most importantly who was the fattest because they all thought they were. This led to complete anarchy amongst the remaining English troops causing them to surrender to the attacking forces but not before deciding on green, 27mm and Elisa Dudley from Essex.

So ended the current regime of England. What a shame, I was really looking forward to this.

All you have to do is come to some of the refugee camps in Normandy and look in their eyes to see the desperation which has beset them. You know we have many good allies in Western Europe and we've managed to peacefully pull France together. We would like to continue this period of stability and the only way to do that with certainty is ensure England's needs are also met.

So, could you help us restore peace and stability to Western Europe and unite with our ancestral lands? If your answer is no, we'll understand, but if you think the English can save themselves.. remember.. they're the one who voted in the Fascists to begin with and there's no guarantee the next group they put into power won't be as unstable.. and we're stable, friendly, and predictable.

The Coast Guard and Marines are already there with aid and making sure that the local governments on the islands that are inhabited stay afloat amongst all of the English chaos. These small islands have cultural and political significance to the people of the Western Isles in our country including vast numbers of family members from the Isle of Lewis.

The LNS Fury and its escorts deploy and begin assisting local forces with fishing men out of the sea and providing them with medical attention and dry clothing. For the short-term those who are uninjured are cross-decked over to the LNS Corvettes and transferred to a vessel of their national origin. Those who are injured are flown directly to a Legion Hospital in Calais for medical treatment.

The appropriate messages are sent out to all involved detailing Legion's intents and plans of actions along with invitations to use Calais for humanitarian reasons for Bohemian forces until they can get reorganized.

The Norwegian Navy landed the 1st Brigade at Wick. All other forces were moved down to DEFOCN 3. The 1st Brigade would spread out through Northern Scotland and arrest Jarl Kane and his men. They would be sen back to Norway in the comming days. Elements of the 6th Brigade would also be deployed by parachhute to the Shetlands. A message would be sent to Germany.

Despite what has been said by the German nation, Slavorussia is the solitary protector of England. Germany does not have the right to make decisions for England without Slavorussia or more importantly the English citizens’ input. As stated earlier a conference between all relevant parties is being planned as we speak. The coaltion will address international concerns then.
