Announcement from Grand Papua

To lighten the load of our close ally Selenactos, Grand Papua shall be sending 50,000 peacekeepers to the islands east of Borneo.

*Movements*

Similar to the situation in Australia, lightly armed MPs are sent from western New Guinea towards the Indonesian islands. 10,000 would be going to the Malukus, 10,000 to the Nusa Tenggara, and 30,000 to the Sulawesi region.

*Private Message to Selenactos*

It is the opinion of Grand Papua that the integrity of the territories of former Minilla Island be kept, until the people have expressed a specific desire to be independent. In addition, we should decline any requests for having the lands be given to any non-members of the Oceanic Union.

After careful consideration of your request, we have decided to decline your proposition. Although the islands in question are not specifically covered within the boundaries of the Asgeirsson Doctrine, the islands are historically Indonesian and we feel it would be in the best interests of the islands' inhabitants not to be separated at this time.
