72 hours ago, FEAR gave notice to the Global Democratic Alliance of our decision to activate Article IX of our PIAT:
Article IX - Termination

Termination of this pact requires 72 hours notice. This notice is required to be given firstly via private channels. Any intentional or planned violations of the articles within this treaty result in the treaty being considered immediately void, unless otherwise agreed on by the leadership of both signatories.
FEAR holds no ill will towards GDA, and we wish them well in their future endeavors. Times change, and sometimes alliances must part ways with those times. We've had this treaty for about three and a half years or more, but our membership felt that differences in the directions of the two alliances and the very limited degree of communications between us necessitated this decision. In the amicable spirit we find ourselves in with this departure, FEAR says so long to GDA in our traditional farewell to old friends...

Toodles, cupcake.

Signed,
Turetel - Grand Chancellor
Lord Boris - Chancellor of External Affairs
ShouAS - Chancellor of Internal Affairs

Too bad we had to cancel this treaty because of that infortunate incident. Maybe some day we can forgive you..

And what "incident" would that be? I was pretty sure that the new post about UPN was the cause for this.. =O
