"The first order of business, is to notify both the Republic of Africa, and the rest of the world, that the MDP treaty that was sustained between our two nations, is cancelled. Consider this our notification of its cancellation, and 48 hours from now, we will have nothing to do with the treaty, nor yourselves."

- Kwame Nkrumah, Spokesperson of the UGF

---

A poll was being given to the separate districts that comprised Ghana; their vote would factor in to a separate vote of the people, to decide which party will gain political power. The party that wins the state vote may win the power within the nation, but a common vote will be the one that ultimately declares the winner.

The treaty ceased to exist once Emperor Khine was removed forcibly from power. We hold no treaty with the so-called "UGF" and treated your faction as an enemy of the legitimate government of Wagadou.

Those are strong words for someone who is in a completely different sovereign government.

"It's rarer in some parts of the world than in others. Having said that however, we hope to see this budding conflict come to a peaceful resolution."

Khine fled. All of Ghana is united, and still you cling to belief that putting a dead man in power would better our nation. Who are you to claim that you know what's best for us Ghanians?

The Republic of Africa intends only to restore peace to Africa and to prevent the spread of dangerous Socialists to power by illegal and violent means.

Since when has the Republic of Africa been dubbed the 'African Police Force For All Things Moral'? There are plenty of more dangerous things in this world than a socio-economic system which you may disagree with (This case, socialism). Also, do you not see it as ironic that your goal to 'restore peace' is in all intents-and-purposes creating more unrest?

"International police forces tend to have less than favorable results with an extremely cost prohibitive price in lives. All pettiness must be cast aside. Africa must be united - if not ideologically, then at least in the goal of continental peace. Even so, this peace must not come through tyranny."

"Legion will stand by Ghana during this time. Should the Republic need to be reminded of the price of peace at the end of a gun the Legion is happy help do just that. Further... a special report is soon to be issued. It contains information gathered by our intelligence operatives from our sources in Ghana. I think the international community is going to be quite displease when the findings come to light as they mostly vindicate the communists from wrongdoing. Legion therefore suggests that the Republic take a seat right over there and put a cork in it."
