No shenanigans, you will receive the tech straight after the slot expires, I intend to be in the game indefinitely. Standard 3 million for 100 tech deal, send the money and I'll send the tech. Full slots ready. (I accept the first deal because I need the money for harbor, but the rest I will wait till a day before they expire before I accept, as a deterrent to raiding and until I get an alliance).
