Aleutian Telegraph and Telecom (AT&T as shorthand designation), an independent subsidiary of the Procinctia Broadcasting Corporation, has been formally incorporated as a corporation by Procinctia’s government. Aleutian Telegraph and Telecom eventually emerged from these construction efforts to become Procinctia’s sole telecommunications provider; including telegraph service between all Procinctian Islands, Procinctia’s international telegraph exchanges, and variety of private telegraph networks across the Procinctian Aleutian.

Aleutian Telegraph and Telecom is currently constructing a pneumatic mail system in Saint Paul City.
This network will be built in the style and technology of Prague’s classic 1889 pneumatic post.

Procinctia already has experience with island-wide pneumatic networks, like the pneumatic mail system on Saint George Island.

Social networking is popular in Procinctia, but the Internet is currently unavailable to most Procinctians.

Aleutian Telegraph and Telecom is researching how to transfer telegraphs to popular Internet blogging sites.

The current project utilizes technologies similar to the TeletypeWriter eXchange data transmitted through telegraphs decoded to ASCII code - this ASCII code will be run through a vintage VAX computer – information from the VAX will be transferred to a commercial laptop – and from the laptop the text will be posted.
