However, their home land had been over run and destroyed, whilst their leader and fled leaving her people to suffer in the frozen wastes. Though their occupiers had finally been destroyed, the people were unable to find shelter in the ruins that were left behind. So they kept moving to avoid any storms in the land, during the day they moved at night they slept in tents by whatever heat they could manage. So it was with a lot of luck that the people found a desterted but functioning city. It had clearly been abandoned for a long time but with work it could be repaired and working well. The people started to work on getting the ice cleared off machinery and hunting for homes that they couold stay in.
