This will cover all information from the time of our disbandment, to the present. Let me begin by explaining what happen with our disbandment/reformation. It was a communication error that my break was going to be a retirement and that I was leaving the alliance. This spiraled out of control and we disband. No we will not disband anytime soon, yes I know we are a micro alliance and as such are responsible for the end of the world, as leader I accept that and declare myself the 1st horsemen of the Apocalypse. That aside there are a few changes that I wanted to make public so that there isn't an issue with not having made it public, the first is a change in our charter. I'm not going to post it here, because I have no dilusions that anyone is going to read it, if you really want to know feel free to check [url="http://z7.invisionfree.com/Organization_13_/index.php?showtopic=363"]here[/url]. The next issue on the agenda for this announcement will be a change in government. The government is as follows, Myself and Molleh. Anyone outside the two of us who claims such a position is pulling your leg or just really likes us. The alliance affiliation, Nobody is our Cadet AA and is under our protection. Finally I'd like to thank all of our allies who have stood with us during this time, it isn't much but for now its all we can do to show our appreciation I had wanted to wait for our 1 year, now seems like a better time, I award the medal of friendship to all of our allies [img]http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/h411/Muddog89/medal1.png[/img], and so that there isn't any confusion/argument about it later, I've asked each to reaffirm in this announcement to save everybody the need to track that information down, currently Organization XIII recognizes the following treaties; [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=91879"]A Protectorate treaty with FEAR[/url] [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=97582"]An ODP with Paragon[/url] [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=101088"]A PIAT with The Kingdom of Hyrule[/url] And a treaty that wasn't announced before our disbandment an ODP with United Republic of Nations [quote]The Divine Union I. Preamble This treaty shall serve to promote the common interests, friendship, fellowship, and brotherhood between its signatories, Organization XIII and United Republic of Nations. II. Sovereignty The signatories shall remain sovereign entities and in no way does this treaty impede such sovereignty, nor shall either signatory attempt to use this treaty to limit the sovereignty of the other. III. Non-Aggression The signatories pledge to peaceful relations with one another. Neither signatory shall commit acts of hostility, including but not limited to espionage, military aggression, or verbal abuse against the other signatory. IV. Intelligence Should either signatory receive intelligence that is relevant to the security of the other, they shall share such information without hesitation unless other treaties implications stand in the way. V. Defense Should either signatory fall under attack, the other signatory is highly encouraged but in no way required to come to their assistance militarily, financially, or diplomatically. VI. Termination Should either signatory decide that this agreement no longer represents the best interests of their respective alliance, they may cancel this pact. In such event, notice must be provided to the other signatory in private, after which a seventy-two hour period will pass during which all articles of this agreement shall remain in effect.
