China's huge surplus cheap lead paint was simply taking up too much space in valuable warehouses around Shanghai. The government was getting pressured to offload it onto some back water developing nation. What better one to do it to than Procintia? Over the next several weeks, massive programs to convert the poisonous lead paint into seemingly harmless paint balls were put in place. Generalissimo Posted July 14, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 (edited) Months following withdrawal of the mysterious invasion (secretly sponsored by UFE and perpetrated by Artemis International) Procinctias people have been increasingly apprehensive. Subsequent setbacks after suffering shock of invaders unknown served only to spread an atmosphere of ambivalence. Procinctias problems originating from the incident continue with economic recovery non-existent, sluggish incorporation of new territories, fatigue from ongoing reconstruction, reemergence of congressional-parliamentary tensions, sluggish incorporation of new territories, and an increasing gender imbalance with the countrys legal head-of-state Catalina Martinez still incapacitated (from injuries suffered during that assault) to do anything about any of it. Receiving an invitation from United Federation of the East, apparently in good faith, for full-scale simulated combat Procinctias current temporary transitional authority decided, without hesitation, a little freindly paintball was the sort of fun people needed in these troubled times. Generalissimo Posted July 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 16, 2011 (edited) Procinctia’s current temporary transitional authority [i]opened the country’s borders[/i] to [b]*anyone*[/b] (no questions asked) with a (Tippmann 98 equivalent) paintball gun and soon set a date for what they thought would be a friendly paintball outing. The paintball war was scheduled (Monday, July 18 2011, Real-Time) and Procinctia’s fate was already sealed.
