[font="Verdana"][size="4"]With your Resources set, you should REALLY be going for the Luxury Set rather than an 8BR. You need Pop and Income as a young/small Nation more than Infra and Bills (contrary to popular belief, Tech Trading as a young Nation will save you more than the Infra Resources as a young Nation).

I'd advise you to switch this up to a Luxury Trade set (which is the 3BR of Fine Jewelry, Affluent Population, and either Fast Food or Beer). The 3rd BR in this can really be anything, but it's the FJ and AP Bonus Resources that you're Resource Set will be capitalizing on.
