These developments should be glaring obvious to any foreign organizations - diplomatic services, intelligence agencies, media outlets, private companies - paying the slightest attention to anything near Procintica. Quickly gaining popularity with a particular demographic it was brought to the governments attention... Hand selected for just such a task, each individual can perform the work of many less men and has the stamina to do it for longer. Also they come with a WMD - a strong francophone accent. [/quote]Overpopulation isn’t an issue right now because Procinctia has plenty of space to sprawl after (relatively) recently receiving a number of (relatively) unused Aleutian Islands following the (relatively) recent implosion of Union of Revolutionary Socialist Republics. Procinctia’s current population problems originate from a lack male citizens, it seems likely that most of the country’s men died fighting back those ‘mysterious’ invaders. Out of Character: Certain people don’t fully play out the damages of unresolved wars - compare this to Generalissimo who overplays the effects. If Triyun’s goal in [i]Squashing Moralism[/i] was to kill off Procinctia’s male population, he succeeded magnificently. We don’t talk about ethnicity in Procinctia; not addressing ethnicity preemptively eliminates possible ethnic problems. Realizing this policy is extremely unorthodox we can’t fairly hold it against you. Procinctia accepts this assistance but only 150 women have volunteered for artificial insemination. For reasons currently unstudied this particular medical process has never been popular in the region.
