The West African Republic would receive a reply from Greenland confirming that the President would be attending the meeting in Yaounde. On the agreed upon day, President Californian flew from Greenland proper to Sao Tome and Principe, before flying into the capital city, eager to meet and discuss with his counterpart.

President Californian when he arrived at Yaounde would be received by an honour guard of three thousand soldiers and a military band playing the Greenland National Anthem. He would be then whisked off by limo under a heavy police escort to the Presidential Palace where President Stanley Mgambo would be waiting for him.

[b]Article I: Non Aggression[/b]

The signatories acknowledge that, as friends, they should be respectful of one another, and should they have a disagreement on any issue of serious consequence, to settle it privately, without display, and without resorting to violence. Each pledges to refrain from any act that could be deemed hostile to the other.

[b]Article II: Mutual Defence and Optional Aggression[/b]

Being friends on the world stage means one should be willing to come to a friend's defence, though at times they may be unable. Therefore the Undersigned agree that should one come under attack, the other is required, to come to the beseiged party's defence. If need be the other signatory may join the other in any aggressive wars if the cause is proven to be legal.

[b]Article III: Trade[/b]

The Undersigned agree that helping in areas other than military defense is also a sign of friendship. In the interests of furthering economic ties, each pledges to reduce tariffs to a favorable degree on products originating in the other nation.

[b]Article IV: Travel[/b]

It is understood that one cannot truly know your friend unless you spend time with them. Therefore both nations agree to introduce legislation to allow for eased travel between the two, from reducing the time required for visas and exit permits, to actively encouraging cultural exchange programs.

[b]Article V: Cancellation[/b]

Should either signatory believe that this treaty is no longer in their best interests, they must deliver notification three days before cancellation of their signature, during which all articles of the treaty will fully remain in effect.
