[b]Article I: [/b] GOONS and Europa acknowledge a shared love for parties, hookers and blow and agree to engage in what is informally known as "hookers and blow parties" at least bi-weekly or are obligated to hold discussions on the status of the activity levels of this treaty. [b]Article II: [/b] Both alliances shall remain sovereign, except Europa, whom shall henceforth have their foreign affairs governed by Sardonic. [b]Article III:[/b] The latter part of the above article was a joke, $%&@ off. [b]Article IV: [/b] Or was it?! [b]Article V: [/b] Neither signatory may engage in or endorse the engagement of combat against the other. This includes espionage and such. [b]Article VI: [/b] Members of both signatories shall remain civil to each other, especially in public areas, within a given degree of "civil". I mean this is GOONS and Europa we're talking about here. [b]Article VII: [/b] If either signatory receives information regarding the wellbeing of the other, they're required to share it. [b]Article VIII: [/b] Secret Article. [b]Article IX: [/b] Should either signatory come under attack, the other is obligated to come to the assistance of the first. Should the attack be a result of one signatory's entry into a conflict through an outside treaty, the second signatory's entry into the conflict is rendered optional. [b]Article X: [/b] Either signatory can assist the other in an aggressive war if they feel like it. No biggie if they don't though. [b]Article XI: [/b] Either signatory may terminate this pact at anytime; however, the withdrawing alliance must notify the other signatory through diplomatic channels 48 hours prior to this, except when the countersigned has violated any of the above sections.
