The official within the BH government, grew tired of serving a Republic and decided to establish another Monarch again in North America. But this move was strong and bold, he had to force or peacefully make people sign his petitions to form the religious Empire of St.John. As he went around the Black Rose province, word of this new formation too raise up a new Empire from the Republic started too spread to the other provinces. But only came to affect the provinces of Fianna and Twilight. The official who began all this was called John Krushaf Anthony II, he was a man who was very strong to his religion was Christianity-Catholic. The reason why he started all this, was that he was given message from his holiness ,and was asked to spread and influence the people of Black Rose and other surrounding provinces. To the ever loving side of Christianity, and too wipe the sin from the lands. Like any radical Catholic he rose too the call, and started spreading the word too establish the Holy Empire of Saint John. It was not before to long, when the people of Black Rose, Fianna and Twilight asked for the complete separation from Blue Heaven. And to be able to freely form, the Empire of St. John under the rule of the Holy Emperor John Krushaf Anthony II, who is the one that instigated this movement within the lands of Blue Heaven. Krushaf sent a letter too the Republic of Blue Heaven saying the following. [quote] Dear Republic of Blue Heaven, "This is the once high official of Black Rose province, I am sorry too say this but I have taken the liberty of spreading my word of Christianity to the people of Black Rose, Fianna and Twilight. Why do you ask? Well I have been given a mission from his holiness up in Heaven, to form the Empire of St.John to clear the sins from the provinces I previously mentioned and to show them the way of God and the holy ghost. So I beseech you to not resort to violence and too let us be I wish too establish this Empire without any drop of blood. So until I ask that we should have a meeting here in the city of Gohano, and come too a peaceful decision". "I am fine, and its nice that his holiness has given me the blessing of having Blue Heaven come too recognize my nation. I hope that we don't haft to use force to settle things, I hate too see unnecessary blood too be spilled on the Earth that our lord made with his hands. The people of St.John will rejoice, to know that we have been allowed sovereign rein in our lands. Now if you excuse me, I must declare our Declaration of Establishment too the world. And yes I shall agree to your half of the bargain, if I am to rule I must obey the rules you have set for me to follow." As he stood up, and gave a bow to his new founded friend and ally.
