king of cochin
Ain't no one here really going on about it being some random hit. That seems to be the line you are drumming. Most of us want it to be well role played and certainly not some rage quitting antics.
TBM, the whole discussion about Space Elevators started along those lines, hence my forceful arguments. If it is well role played it is always welcome. Executive Minister
This just makes me want to destroy it more now. As a member of the community and not a GM, of course.
Yawoo
Again what part of against destroying something for pure vandal pleasure is so difficult for you guys to understand? READING! It is good. Try it sometimes.
I can play this game as much as you want, Cochin. Again, what part of GMs can't make rules up without the community's express approval do you not understand? We have people that lolnuke and then reroll all the time and the GMs don't wipe those actions therefore we should (and are) able to do the same to the Space Elevator. Sargun II
Actually, Fizzydog just lolnuked and rerolled and the GMs just wiped it.

Centurius
Sargun would be correct, posts are wiped by gm's, not players. As for a ruling against lolnuking, one actually has been made. An action without sufficient ic backing is considered ooc.
Yawoo
I thought we weren't allowed to wipe posts because we didn't want to face the consequences?
I never said Fizzy wiped his own post merely that he requested it to be wiped by the GMs. This, imo, is different than just a plain old GM wipe.
Sargun would be correct, posts are wiped by gm's, not players. As for a ruling against lolnuking, one actually has been made. An action without sufficient ic backing is considered ooc.
The problem with sufficient IC backing is that isn't very clear.

But it was a lolnuke none the less, and I'm glad it was wiped.
