You wouldn't know that you hadn't gotten an invitation (even though you didn't exist at that time) because only the nations who got an invitation know the meeting exists. This is textbook godmodding. There are many nations who aren't even part of your thread not invited, I even went so far as to describe what I meant by "Other" America- what I deemed non superpower nations.
