But with a twist. We all like to fantasize about fantastical alliances made up of fantastical groupings of people which although would certainly be fantastic will fantastically never happen except in fantasy. But still, we like to dream. So, let's do it again. Tell Rebel Virginia your dream alliance government, but this time with everyone's favorite, Rebel Virginia, in some sort of position in it. But Rebel Virginia requires more than a list, you must tell Rebel Virginia why you want all these people in their spots. Well, not all. Only Rebel Virginia, the only one we care about. So, let us talk about how great or terrible some of these governments could be, even though we will probably never see any of them. More importantly, let us talk about how great Rebel Virginia is, for that we certainly see everyday. Rebel Virginia will begin. God Emperor: Rebel Virginia Rebel Virginia is a natural leader. Brilliant, courageous, charismatic, charming, handsome.... Rebel Virginia inspires loyalty in all, and he reeks of greatness. With Rebel Virginia in charge their is no need for other positions, unless they are to be filled by Rebel Virginia. Rebel Virginia does not need lesser men holding Rebel Virginia back. Rebel Virginia alone is all an alliance needs to be great. Indeed, Rebel Virginia alone as an alliance would be a great thing. The council would be designed such that if a council member wishes to make a command, it must be seconded by a specific council member before it goes into effect. In other words, each council member can do whatever he wants as long as the second supports the decision. The system would be set as such and cannot be amended: Decisions made by RV must be seconded by SirWilliam Decisions made by Moo ... Archon Archon ... Schattenmann Haflinger ... Xiphosis SirWilliam ... electron sponge Xiphosis ... Moo Schattenmann ... RV electron sponge ... Haflinger Also, any member of the alliance who leaves will be subjected to EZI.
