JoeSteel
I know the one IP per person rule and indeed me and my girlfriend got our nations taken down because of this. I was wondering if a PSP or Nintendo DS runs off of its own IP. If it does that would allow us both to have nations again. Your input is most appreciated, thank you. JoeSteel
So the Router has it's own IP? or does it use the IP of the computer? Im just wondering if it would be possible so we can stop sharing the same nation. It has really been causing some issues.
Locke
The router is what gives your computer an IP, but that IP isn't what the game looks at, that's internal. The router's IP, which is handled by the ISP, is what matters. You would need to have a different connection (different house, 3/4G phone signal, etc.) in order to both play. Blue
The two nations cannot play on the same internet network. All the game sees is the external IP of your internet connection.
