All witnesses to this incident have been found dead and the witnesses of the killing of those witnesses have also been found dead. It was a sad and deadly chain of violence. Anyways investigators were also able to discover a hand written note by Shadow Slayer dated shortly before he disappeared. It stated that he was annulling his victory in the last election and wished for me to take his place and once again become Triumvir. You were most helpful, but once someone learns to slay one ruler, they might think about slaying others, and we just can't have that. I would like to let everyone know that this is not a return to the old order. Shadow found his stay in our Florida [s]reeducation[/s] retirement center most enlightening, and is ready to lead the RIA in the proper direction.
