At one time they got into deep !@#$ but talks took place, terms give and accepted, and RoK stood by them until it was done. Now they no longer want to deal with an alliance that by now should have its act together. They are not baby fresh like you make it sound. Over 70 members and 269 days old is not a new alliance.
