However i am here today for another announcement. Helena the Mayor of Gotham has resigned from here position as the leader of Gotham, and i have been given this position. I would like to thank Helena for all her hard work internally for Gotham, to make it such a stable place, and i would like to wish her the best of luck in the future. As the new leader of Gotham, i have a different personality to the 2 Mayors who lead Gotham before me and i assure you Gotham's decisions will be much different on all stages.
