Buying Tech -- 3 mil / 100 tech

I'm looking to buy 100 tech for $3mil.
Anyone who's interested, send me a PM in-game or on the forums or post in this thread and I'll send $3mil your way; ten days later, you send me 50 tech, ten days after that, you send me another 50 tech. I'm willing to negotiate different prices and schedules should that affect your decision.

I'd prefer to avoid 3x3 tech deals, however, I am willing to participate in them if anyone is looking for one more person to finish their group. I would like to fill all six of my slots, so I'll do them if it furthers that goal.
