But I believe it shows enough dedication to be written by someone who has been a long time Pacifican who may have been out of the game for a while and doesn't really understand the total situation. I have seen things like this before. Back in the NAAC a player who hadn't been active for about 5 months came back and started talking about how we needed to restore the alliance to glory, how our allies can't be trusted and how I was an NPO plant who needed to be couped. The author is an individual who does not understand the difference between "reins" and "reigns". A clue to his identity. #2. The threat of a "healed completely" Pacifica looking to "take back the reigns" is so clearly stated as to be laughable. A Pacifican would not write this document.
