"We will once again reiterate to the government of the CRZI, that Southern Cross military and humanitarian aid are standing by to assist our ally. We find the ground these rebel forces seem to be gaining to be very alarming, especially with the Zoadoe Islands directly north of our own borders, and neighboring a strategic strait between our two nations."

Whilst out of our spehere of influence, 2.3 million civilian casualties is way too many to be called an acceptable loss.
The Oceanic community NEEDS to step into this massacre and stop it before civilian deaths continue to increase.

"The Union of Indonesia and Malaysia has been watching this developments with growing alarm. As with our neighbors and allies, we offer military and humantarian aid to the Zoadoe Islands to help quash the double rebellion. Our forces are on standby, should you require assistance."

Alongside the eastern shores of Kalimantan (Borneo), approximately 50,000 troops were being readied in military bases. Military transport aircrafts (C-130s), along with fighters and interceptors, were being commissioned for action. A squadron of bombers were also prepared for action. The plan was simple: the C-130s were to not only bring troops to Zoadoe Islands to fight the rebellion but also to transport food, supplies, and equipment that would help the Zoadoe government. In turn, the fighters and interceptors were to defend the C-130s and engage any rebel forces; the bombers were to target rebel bases, infrastructure, and troop formation - with the permission of the Zoadoe government, of course. The task force (Task Force Kalimintan, TF-K) were to fly a course over the Celebes Sea, whilst avoiding national waters as much as possible, to Zoadoe Islands.

"The Oceanic community will stop this massacre when the government of the CRZI allows troops to be landed, and combat assets deployed. Until that time, we have no mandate to intervene in this conflict. The CRZI is a sovereign government, with which, at least, the Union of the Southern Cross is allied. We are not about to infringe upon the sovereign rights of an ally, nor breach terms of the Oceanic Union treaty.

We feel that these civilian losses are unacceptable, but frankly, our hands are tied without a mandate from the CRZI. If you would like to call our actions out of line, I suggest you also note that the Union has moved aircraft, naval assets, and troops into supporting positions to assist the CRZI. When we get that word to go, we will go, until then, the Union will not be attacking insurgent targets without authorization of the CRZI.

That being said, we hope the United Kingdom stops trying to tell nations on the other side of the globe what to do. You have no business telling the Union, or any other Oceanic power, how to mind our foreign policies, or what we need to do. Considering the fact we are also facing the delicate task of maintain order in Western and North Australia, and facing an insurrection of our own in Darwin, since the fall of the government of Pihana, we have obligations to our own citizens as well. We hope that the United Kingdom shows more diplomatic tact when issuing these statements in the future, and takes into account the diplomatic intricacies of a region that it is not even a part of. Good day."

Diplomatic tact counts for nothing when you claim your hands are tied when you are merely sitting on them for fear of repercussion. These rebels have killed 2.3 million civilians already, how far does that tally need to rise before other oceanic powers intervene and stop this madness?

"Fear of repercussion? From who? The insurrectionists? We'd bomb them and engage them in a second were it not for what, in diplomatic circles, is called a 'treaty'. And in this treaty, there are these things called 'articles', and in these 'articles', there are terms that say that we do not infringe on the sovereignty of our fellow allies. We will not engage these insurrectionists until we get a green light from the CRZI.

Calling us cowards for not doing anything when we are bound by the treaty of the Oceanic Union, a long and upstanding organization, is the wrong thing to do. Two wrongs, do not make a right. Instead of trying to implore the nation of the CRZI to seek international help, you are lambasting the Oceanic region for not doing anything when our hands are tied by diplomatic due process. We find it insulting that we have repeatedly told the CRZI that we support its government, and deployed units to move at a moments notice, at our own costs, only to be insulted by a nation halfway around the world, who has done nothing but try to lecture us on how to run our foreign policy.

Instead of telling the people who actually do want to help and urging them to break sound diplomatic reasoning for not entering into a civil war, you should be telling the CRZI to allow for us to help out. Your only statements on here have been attacking the Oceanic nations for not doing enough, well what about the government of the CRZI itself? If we're irresponsible for not going in, are they not irresponsible also for not allowing us to put our weight into ending this crisis? You are attacking the very people who want to help these people and their government, and we find this... this lecture from your nation to be ill-found and ill-advised."

If the Government became unable to protect the civilians from rebel forces then yes, they would be a welcome force.

MNV Divine Providence sends RADAR and communications excerpts back to MoG[Tower] informing them of the change in situation, and will attempt to broadcast a signal to the Zoadoe Islands Government every 4 hours asking them where they need supplies and what further assistance we can provide to them.

"We find the actions undertaken by these rebel forces to be nothing short of deplorable. Burma suffered from similar turmoils in our forming and we would hope to never see any Oceanic or Pacific nation suffering from this fate. However our hands are somewhat tied and restricted by a lack of any real naval forces to supply or protect humanitarian aid, thus we offer no more then moral support to the Zoadoe Islands. We also wonder why they are not taking a stronger stance to end these hostilities either by their own accounts or by the accounts of others whom they could ask for help from."

The government of the CRZI receives few of the words from the Oceanic Community as many satellites and other forms of communication have been cut by the rebel forces. As Virgil Franklin would like to see the people rule, Racism shall not stand.

54 Large "UFO" looking planes rose above Franklinville, ZI and shot 8 Supersonic Cruise Missiles each at Yaza Hajin and KSP military targets.

Franklin addressed the people in Franklinville, ZI. "We did not want to kill civilians of our nation, yet desperate times come for desperate measures. Around an hour ago 432 military establishments constructed by the Rebel Forces have been hit with Supersonic Cruise Missiles. While we ended the lives of Civilians in our nation, they were still rebels who wished to cause genocide against groups of people and while i'm alive, this administration will never see a Regime based solely on Discrimination."

KSP/Yaza Hajin Casualties:

1,625 Factory Workers
9,142 Armed Militants
129 Civilian Casualties
$423,241,512.41 in Damages

OOC: Just so the community knows, I'm RPing the large damages inflicted on me due to the Doomhouse-NPO War.
