Unique concept.

Something like reverse Happiness. It could be associated or tied to days since last war or total "war days". Or Happiness increases proportionately to the number total "war day".

Interesting for a war game. :)

exactly. maybe every 10 days or so without being in war would cause your population happiness to drop. if you haven't been in a war for 20 days, your citizens are decreased as a result. etc. so maybe the longer you go, the worse it gets. IMHO, TE is supposed to be a war game.

I thought it already was. Take this rounds winner for example, was just under 300k Casualties...
