[OoC: Those involved in this thread: Me, Mogar]

For the past few days, nothing but bad news had come to Abdul-Haqq Ibn Waffles about the PRA's new western neighbor. He glanced out of the window of the capitol, and thought for a moment. He then called in his Minister of Foreign Affairs, Muwaffaq Muta. "Muwaffaq, I am going to be calling for a summit with our neighbor, Mogatopia. Although we do not see eye-to-eye on economic issues, I am sure they must agree that regional security is a top priority. The Great Western Alliance has said to be spreading "extreme communism," refuses to recognize Athens, as well as other poor diplomatic choices. Not only will this possibly besmirch the name of true communism and socialism, but also pose a threat to regional stability. I want you to send a message immediately to hold this summit with Mogatopian government officials. "

"Right away Mr. Speaker"

The following message has been sent to Mogatopian Government:
To: Offices of Mogar
From: PRA Office of Foreign Affairs
Topic: Our Neighbor

It has come to our attention that a new nation has came to being in the lands formerly occupied by Maghreb. It has claimed to exist to spread "extreme communism" and refuses to recognize Athens, among other poor diplomatic decisions as of late. We see this as a threat to regional stability, and wish to hold a summit in Dirj with our government officials in order to discuss a course of action. All security will be taken care of, and access to the city, through the borders will be granted.

Signed,

Muwaffaq Muta
PRA Minister of Foreign Affairs

Signed,

8 hours later, 5 Armored SUVs arrived at the border, letting a very well dressed young blonde female of asian descent out of the 4th SUV in the column, letting her stretch and walk around for a few minutes, smoking a cigarette before entering the People's republic of Africa, She would have to change into her spare outfit before attending the meeting now, she thought to herself, but wanted the THC and nicotine to calm herself down before her first official meeting representing MoG[Corp].

After kicking her personal staff out of the truck for a moment, she quickly changes her clothes and lets the sweating staff back in, giving the ok for the convoy to continue on to their destination.

Another 4 hours later, Muwaffaq Muta stood waiting in Dirj for the convoy. He glanced down at his watched, tapping his foot, and as he looked up, he spotted the convoy. When it arrived, he greeted the delegation from the convoy and brought them to the conference room, where Abdul-Haqq Ibn Waffles, a few advisers, and Deputy Minister of Defense, Abdul-Mujib. They all greeted the delegation as they came in, and then sat back down. Before the seats, was a map of the region and a dossier of recent events and information about Great Western Alliance.

Masami skimmed through the dossier, taking note of anything of importance before smiling warmly across the table at her counterpart "Mogar extends his gratitude for this meeting, we've spent the past few days discussing our neighbor around MoG[Tower], and this Western Alliance appears to be a threat to everyone in the Mediterranean. We're glad to be working with our neighbors to discuss this mutual threat to the peace in the region." Masami cleared her throat, taking a drink of water, "Mogar has suggested we attempt to remove this potential power before they're able to dig into the desert they have claimed, perhaps not militarily, but economic sanctions are considered at the very least to remove the threat of Western Africa falling under the grasp of this "Extreme Communism"."

"Agreed. That seems to be the most viable option at the time. I think sanctions may be a good start, but military force may still be required, due to this nations possible aggressive nature, as well as if this does not yield the desired results" stated Abdul-Mujib.

"Given that we agree that this is a threat, I believe it might be advantageous to invite more nations to be represented in this summit that have an interest in this issue in order to more decisively end this problem" added Abdul-Haqq Ibn Waffles. "I know there are other nations that most likely have an interest in this, residing in the Mediterranean, allies of The PRA, as well as those residing in the region."

"We would of course fully support any assistance from our Meddertaranian neighbors in dealing with this threat..." Masami's secretary looks up from her laptop, getting up and walks over to Masami, whispering in her ear for a moment before sitting back at her seat, Masami looks through the dossier once more before standing up at the table looking at the PRA's delegation across from her, "I have just been informed there has been a coup in The Western Alliance, with their Dictator assassinated in his sleep, perhaps our reasons for this meeting have been validated much quicker than I had thought they would, would you contact those nations you feel would like to be involved in this undertaking, Mr. Abdul-Haqq?"

"I believe we will not be needing much allied support, given their weak state. I will never-the-less contact some allies to inform them of the situation. In the meantime, i feel it is essential to levy sanctions aimed at the leadership of the Western Alliance."

Abdul-Haqq Ibn Waffles whispered to Muwaffaq Muta quickly for a moment. "Do we need any additional support for this?" "I do not believe we will, but as your Minister of Foreign Affairs, I feel it is necessary to inform our allies of our upcoming actions, so they can adjust accordingly."

"Very well, but I do feel we should invite a representative from Athens and Monaco Valencia given that they too have been affected by this rogue nation."

"I will send a message to them right away," said Muwaffaq Muta.
To: The Foreign Affairs Department of Athens; Monaco and Valencia
From: The Foreign Affairs Department of The PRA
Topic: The Western Alliance

We understand that The Western Alliance's aggressive nature have affected your nations as well as the stability of the region. We wish to invite you to a closed summit in order to help alleviate and solve this issue.

Signed,

Muwaffaq Muta
Upon receiving the invitation the Magistrate of Defense Alexander Bakas would head towards the summit, the Western Alliance had been a nuisance in Athenian eyes and even before the summit preparations had been made for a potential strike. Upon arriving the Magistrate would introduce himself to the other participants.

Upon the entrance of the Athenian representative, Muwaffaq Muta hands Mr. Bakas a dossier and catches him up on the discussion.

"We are looking at sanctions of The Western Alliance, as well as later on using military force if necessary. This instability simply cannot be harbored in the region."

The satellite imagery was sent with the locations of submarine bases, missile silos, TEL shelters, hangers, and strategic bomber bases. Additionally a fairly complex map of air traffic control, runways, radar systems, and surface to air missile sides in the Great Western Alliance.

The PRA Parliament has just passed legislation allowing for economic sanctions against The GWA. I will be putting this into affect/announcing it to the general public within the next day. Possibly to portray our displeasure better, maybe an embargo is better suited.

MoG[Corp] has closed all borders with The Western alliance, and our air force is patrolling our borders to ensure no ships or aircraft attempt to use our territory to breach the perimeter in place.
