Large amounts of technology, a population density of less than 20, the water resource, and border wall improvements will all improve your environment. There are probably others, but those are the ones that come off the top of my head. Oh, sometimes events will improve your environment as well. Here is a current event for me There has been a great deal of youth vandalism inside the capital city recently, angering local citizens. Option 2: Build more youth centers and activity parks for the youths. 1 point of improvement to environment. Other things you can do: - decom about 20 soldiers.
