Greetings,

Several years ago during the time of a former Oceanic nation, Acca Dacca, Cochin Space Research Organization used to operate CSRO Station Buka, a scientific research and astronomical communications center in the Buka Island in the Bougainvillea Province of Papua New Guinea Island. A succession of anarchies and various political disturbances forced the shutting down of the Station, however with a recent upsurge in Space Research activities of Cochin Space Research Organization reactivation of the Station Buka has become imperative.

The dossier of agreement signed with the erstwhile Acca Dacca nation is being mailed along with this communication and we only hope that the operation of the Station along the same conditions albeit with Zoadoe Islands as the enabler could continue.

Yours Sincerely,

KP Varma,
Minister of External Affairs,
Kingdom of Cochin
The Kingdom thanks Zoadoe Islands for their cooperation in this matter. Cochin Space Research Organization has been informed of the clearance to repair and restore the CSRO Station Buka while also coordinating with Zoadoe Government. CSRO is also organizing the team to be the permanent staffers at CSRO Station Buka. We hope CSRO would be permitted to fly in the necessary repair and refurbishment equipments as well as additional technical instruments for the Station Buka.

The space station will be allowed full transport in and out of the nation, as long as you work with Zoadoen Officials.

The Station Buka had been in existence for a long time, dating back to when the area was under the control of Acca Dacca. Subsequently it was vacated due to various political stability problems. It is essentially a ground station with which to maintain communications and telemetry with our satellite networks and various orbital space stations.

We know, we will grant it permission to function actively.
