Wiki's tend to be as nutreal as possible or showing both sides, but if you want to hear people that only tell what benefits them and only them sure.

This is why you ask lots of people, one person may have a bias. But if you ask lots of people you will be able to deduce the actual truth by looking at the common elements in all their stories. And do not restrict your asking around to one side either ask a reasonable cross-section of the population and your deducted truth will more accurate.

Looking for some more input on the following question:

What usually sets off wars? Are there ever conflicts within a team, like a civil war so to speak?

The big ones are usually set off by spying, I think.

This war we're in right now was set off by an official from the New Polar Order accepting information regarding Viridian Entente's military. Karma was the result of alleged spying by Ordo Verde (now gone) on the New Pacific Order.

The Bipolar War, where NpO attacked \m/ and then TOP-IRON-TORN-DAWN-TSO attacked the Complaints & Greivances Union, was started simply by two parties bickering with each other before the bigger party decided it didn't like the little party and attacked.

The Unjust War was similar, with an NpO led coaltion fighting the Unjust Highway over a NpO ally attacking an UH member.

The War of the Coalition began after a violation of an Eternal ZI List held by Grand Global Alliance (now gone).

So there are a lot of reasons. Two fronts of existing wars have now started simply because one side knew it would eventually have to fight the other and wished to maintain strategic advantage (TTIDT attacking C&G, and Doomhouse attacking NPO).

Lots of reasons for war. GOONS was attacked a while back simply for their policy of tech-raiding by a coalition of alliances that took offense to it. Nusantara Elite Warriors raided a disbanded alliance and found that they were in fact still protected, and were countered by a coalition.

There have been conflicts within color spheres, usually regarding Senate seats and their associated power. The Green Civil War/Viridicide, Stickman-Poseidon Cold War, and a few others spring to mind

CN was created, some people were d-bags, war happened, there was much whining and gnashing of teeth, the winning side were d-bags and demanded all their money, then there was peace for a while, then it happened again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and.....

The end.
