We must wait for 72 hours or until Burma votes before the expulsion is completed.

Also, in a bid to improve public opinion of Red Dawn we would like to start a vote to remove Article IV, section 6 from the Red Dawn charter.
Red Dawn maintains the right to support and/or protect socialist movements worldwide. It is the obligation of all socialist states to assist in the liberation of workers and to combat reactionary forces.

Signed for the Xinyan Republic,

Wu De Ling, President of the Xinyan Republic

As to the suggested vote, the Xinyan Republic shall abstain for the time being. However, it should be noted that the nurturing and protection of socialist ideals across the world was, after all, the tenets upon which Red Dawn was founded.

I agree with the above statement. The specific article is a key part of the goals of Red Dawn, and is important for the Socialist and Communist movements worldwide.

The PRA would like to know what ideals and principles the Xinyan Republic speaks of. As of late, there has been hardly any activity in regards to Red Dawn. What changed?
That is exactly it. There has hardly been any activity in regards to Red Dawn. The Assembly has failed to address several points of interest across the globe (most recently anti-communist/socialist uprisings in West Africa by a 'ruling elite') and it can clearly be seen that little has been done in regards to activity concerning internal matters; Communist Australia's signature has never even been removed from the treaty despite the fact that the '72 hour deadline' came and went long ago. Several 'members' of the Socialist Assembly have yet to even acknowledge the votes put forth.

The last time the Commonwealth checked, you are a member aswell. Don't try and pass any sort of blame onto the rest of this council away from yourself. There has been nothing stopping you raising these issues for council debate.

It has come to our attention that separatists in the Empire of Pravus Ingruo have threatened the sovereignty of the Commonwealth and intend to begin a war with us.

Any remaining members should be prepared to respond to the mutual defense we hold in this pact.

The PRA is prepared to defend The Commonwealth with troops we have in the region. Where would they be needed?
Your troops in the West should suffice, it is the most likely position for offensive and defensive actions as it is the closest to Pravus Ingruo.

British forces are all tied up with the growing dangers in North America aswell as having to secure the former regions of the UK. However, we will do what we can if war breaks out.

I think we will be able to handle ourselves, but will send cables should the need arise.

The Socialist party presently holds majority seats in parliament. However with only provisional Governments in power in the new territories, an election is going to have to take place.

The elections will coincide with the strategic defence review.
